Karen Mantzouranis is astute when it comes to anticipating marketplace trends and the complex and changing requirements of clients. She’s also a superb listener. The combination makes for a win-win that enables her and the Main Street Mover’s team to deliver premier service to the company’s customers.

An advertising industry veteran, Karen spent 30 years working in diverse management roles in prominent New York City ad agencies. She subsequently transferred her expertise to Main Street where she has assumed wide-ranging day-to-day responsibilities, including account management, client relations, strategic planning, and staff supervision.

Karen and Tom have been married for more than 36 years and the close bond they share has a ripple effect that sets the tone for the family feel of the company and the caliber of service provided to customers. Each employee is an engaged participant in the overall company operations, strongly invested in Main Street’s success and committed to treating customers with the same respect, caring and level of service with which they want to be treated.

Serving on the board of directors for the NJWMA (New Jersey Warehouseman and Movers Association), Karen is head of Marketing and Communications and is charged with education and advocacy for the moving industry.

Deeply committed to helping others, Karen spearheads many charitable endeavors—among them Wreaths Across America, Associated Humane Society, Move for Hunger, Girls on the Run, Closing for a Cause and KCCure.org.

NAPW Woman of the Year

Karen was awarded the 2014–15 VIP Women of the Year by the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW). The award recognizes Karen’s outstanding dedication to her profession, to service excellence and the achievement of women.

And Outside the Office...

Karen loves to cook for, and spend time with, her family including her grandchildren Kalina, age 13 and Cole, age 8.
